Inspired by the traditional mountain recipes of Appenzell, Switzerland, our Appenzeller Smoked Beef is a deeply flavoured, delicately smoked delicacy made right here in Matamata. Crafted from premium New Zealand beef and gently cold-smoked over native wood, this air-dried specialty pays homage to Sven’s roots and the time-honoured methods of his homeland.

Thinly sliced and rich in alpine character, it’s perfect for platters, sandwiches, or a quiet moment with good bread and cheese.
