Welcome to Meat Matas! By shopping with us online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Acceptance

When you place an order with us, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and we’ve reviewed product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock levels, pricing errors, or delivery constraints.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We do our best to ensure pricing is accurate, but if there’s an error, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as offered on our checkout page.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders quickly and deliver them in peak condition. Delivery times and areas may vary depending on your location. We’re not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers but will do our best to resolve any issues.

5. Product Quality

We take great care in preparing and packing your order. Due to the nature of meat products, variations in weight and appearance are normal. If something’s not right, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

6. Perishable Goods

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Once delivered, Meat Matas is not responsible for products left unattended or improperly stored.

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any activity that could harm the experience for other users or compromise our systems. All content on our website is owned by Meat Matas and may not be copied or used without permission.
