All our sausages are 100% gluten-free and made the proper way—by hand, right here in our butchery. We mix every sausage meal ourselves from scratch, using our own blends of herbs, spices, and seasoning. Nothing pre-mixed, nothing outsourced—just our own recipes, made with skill and a whole lot of love for our trade and the products we make.

We use natural casings only, either pork or lamb, because that’s how good sausages are meant to be.
