NOTES & FAQS

  • All frying steaks are vacuum packed in lots of 2 pieces.
  • Meat is returned fresh; mince and sausages are frozen.
  • Everything can be frozen on request for an additional fee.
  • Please be aware of sausage quantities — 10 kg of sausage trim yields approximately 14–16 kg of finished sausages.
  • All sausages are gluten free. If you have any other allergies, please talk to us.
  • For pickup, please bring your own boxes or crates. Alternatively, our crates are available with a $20 deposit per crate.
