• Payment is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for store credit.
• Please check your shipping address carefully or choose pickup from our butchery in Matamata.
• If you select Pick Up, please write your
  preferred pickup date in the order notes at checkout.
• We will confirm your pickup time by email in December.
• Please do not order Christmas Hams with other products — place ham orders separately.

All Christmas Ham orders will be sent out the week of 10 December 2025.

Shipping rates are calculated a checkout.

Rural deliveries are sent at your own risk (no extra charge).

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

Each ham is vacuum-packed and will keep fresh well into the New Year.
