Crafted in-house and aged to perfection, our Meat Matas House Salami is a celebration of old-world technique and local flavour. Made with 100% New Zealand meat, this salami is naturally fermented, mold-ripened, and slowly dried to develop its rich, complex character. Each stick carries a beautiful bloom of edible white mold – a sign of traditional curing done right.
Slice it thin and enjoy with good cheese, crusty bread, or straight off the board. Proudly made in Matamata, with time, care, and a whole lot of flavour.
